The tour of The CineMusic Experience starts on November 18. In this unique experience, the orchestra with 32 musicians and conductor plays 25 songs from world-famous films, from James Bond to Star Wars and from Schindler’s List to Jungle Book. The dazzling program is presented by none other than film journalist René Mioch.
Mioch’s knowledge of films and his interviews with the many film actors, directors and composers of film music are an integral part of the show. The live music of the grand orchestra is accompanied by film images and light effects. The concert show can be seen and experienced in large churches in Enkhuizen, Zaandam and Alkmaar, as well as in the Stadsschouwburg of Velsen. The full-length program includes: James Bond, 1917, Pirates of the Caribbean, Interstellar, Star Wars, Spirit, Forrest Gump, Imitation Game, Jurassic Park, Gladiator, Schindler’s List and Jungle Book.
Mioch became known as a film journalist through his program Films en Sterren in which he interviewed major film stars such as Tom Cruise, Sharon Stone and Johnny Depp, but he also spoke with world-famous composers such as Hans Zimmer and John Williams. René Mioch is regularly asked by Dutch TV programs to comment on new domestic and foreign film releases.
