Are you a talented singer (m/f/x) with a passion for film music? Then this is your moment! Film music orchestra CineMusic is looking for vocal talent for The Special – the grand finale of the Films Live In Concert concert series in the 2025/2026 season. During this unique concert show, live film music, the most beautiful film scenes and choral singing come together to create an immersive experience. In May 2026, The Special will tour top venues in Breda, Haarlem, Groningen, Rotterdam and The Hague. And you can be a part of it!

Why participate?
Film music touches you. It gives you goosebumps, tears in your eyes, or a racing heartbeat. During The Special, we bring these emotions to life with updated arrangements, additional musicians, and a concert choir. The reactions to previous editions speak volumes:

Availability and criteria
We are looking for vocalists who:
- Are available on April 25 (rehearsal), May 6 (rehearsal) and on the show days between May 7 and 25, 2026
- Have education and/or work experience as a vocalist
- Have an affinity with film music and live orchestra
The choir is led by Robert Stoop and repetitor Ruud Luttikhuizen.
Performance locations
Chassé Theater (Breda), PHIL. (Haarlem), Amare (The Hague), Martiniplaza (Groningen) and Nieuwe Luxor (Rotterdam).
